Provider’s Role with the Company: Family Medicine Physician
- Location: Indiana, PA
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- No Call, Weekends, or Holidays
- 36 Hours of Patient Care, 4 Hours of Admin per week
- Average Volume: 18 Patients per day
Background Profile: Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Ability to have PA state medical license
- Great at relationship building, both with patients and colleagues
- J1 or H1B Visa Sponsorship if necessary
