An independently owned group of clinics in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Family Medicine physician in Springfield, OR, less than 10 minutes from downtown Eugene, OR!
About Company:
- Independent health clinics in beautiful Eugene, Oregon
- 3 separate clinics
- 23 Total Providers – 10 Physicians and 13 APP’s
- Recognized by the Oregon Health Authority as Tier 5 Patient-Centered Primary Care Clinics (the highest level).
- Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer.

- $225k base with bonus. Most providers make between $250k-$275k

About the Position: BC/BE Family Medicine
- 4 Days per week seeing 7 hours of patients. 5th day is admin and offsite. If efficient can be a 4-day work week.
- 4 Shifts: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6, and one day per week of 12-8. Evenings and Saturday are Urgent Care Only
- Call is split between all 23 providers; physicians always take call on Sunday.
- Extra shifts available at $125/hour
- 18-22 Patients per day
- Onsite lab, X-ray, and will offer ultrasound and mammography this summer.
Qualifications: BC/BE Family Medicine
- Board Certified Preferred but new grads welcome
- MD/DO
