A thriving Primary Care group in Northern Idaho are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their team of 4. This position offers the option of a 4-day work week, a $50K Sign-on Bonus, a Partnership Option after 1 year, and a base salary of $300K.
The Position:
• 4-day work week with with dedicated admin time, average of 17-19 patients per day
• Practice alongside 2 MD/DO's and 2 APP's
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $300K with profit sharing in year one, average income of $325-350K
• $50K Sign-on Package, Loan Repayment options, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement matching, and CME
• Option for Partnership offered after one year; average income as a Partner is over $350K per year
Northern Idaho:
• Medium-sized community of 60k people is less 2 hours to Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID
• Less than 40 minutes to Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID
• Regional airport offers daily flights to Denver, Seattle, and Salt Lake City
• Outdoor paradise is perfect for those who enjoy fishing, hiking, biking, camping, and hunting
