A thriving Primary Care group 40 minutes from Pullman, Washington are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their team of 8. This position offers the option of a 4-day work week, a $100K Sign-on Bonus, a Partnership Option after 1 year, and annual income of over $300,000. As a physician-owned group, cultural fit, collegiality, and a team-first mindset are fundamental to the way this group approaches medicine.
The Position:
• Option to utilize a Scribe and/or MA
• 4-day work week with dedicated admin time, average of 17-19 patients per day
• Practice alongside 3 MD/DO's and 5 APP's
• Compensation package includes a Base Salary salary of $275K with profit sharing in year one, average annual income of $294K
• $100K Sign-on Package, Loan Repayment of $20-30K per year, Full Benefits + PTO, Retirement matching, and CME
• Option for Partnership offered after one year of employment, average income as a Partner is $315K per year

• Medium-sized community of 60k people is less 2 hours to Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID
• Less than 40 minutes to Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID
• Regional airport offers daily flights to Denver, Seattle, and Salt Lake City
