Job Details:
- Location: Northern Arizona (1-hr north of Sedona, AZ)
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Requirements: AZ license, Active DEA, Active BLS, Board Certification REQUIRED
- Schedule: M-F (8AM-5PM)
- Census: 16-18 pts
- Duration: ongoing locum tenens (3 months minimum)
- Compensation: Up to $20,000 a month (approx)

Client Description:
Our client manages a successful primary community health center located in northern Arizona (1-hr north of Sedona, AZ). The clinic has been in operation since 1996 and serves 12 communities across western/northern Arizona as of right now, they are taking immediate considerations for a board-certified family practitioner to join their practice starting in ASAP. This is an ongoing locum tenens assignment with no end date.
