Job Details:

• Location: North New York (15 mins south of Liverpool, NY)
• Specialty: Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
• Requirements: NY license, Active DEA, Active BLS, Board Certification/Board Eligibility REQUIRED
• Provider MUST be Covid and Flu Vaccinated - Required
• Schedule: Mon-Fri (8AM-4:30PM)
• EMR: Epic
• Duration: Ongoing Locum Tenens (minimum 3 months)
• Compensation: up to $17,600/month (negotiable)
• Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice provided!!!
