An outpatient FM position with a well establish UP health program.
The position is a permanent, full-time opportunity located near Manistique, MI.
Clinic setting provides outpatient care to an underserved patient population, so a rewarding chance to impact the health of a community. No after hour call, no weekends, no holidays required – great balance of work and personal life. EHR equipped facility with daily patient flow of 15.

Salaried, full time position includes benefits: 27 days sick/leave, 12 paid holidays CME ($3500/10days); $2000 licenses, health and disability insurance, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus and 1% 401K match with loan repayment available.
Must have/obtain active MI license, current DEA and be BE/BC in FM or Medpeds.
