Job Description
A Family Medicine Physician is needed to join a practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Join a group that focuses on family health through quality medical services in a refined facility. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide comprehensive preventive care and health maintenance to patients.

Qualifications
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Arizona medical license
• Current BLS
• Active DEA certification
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
