Family Medicine opening in Dubuque, Iowa Tri-State border of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin H1B Sponsorship Available Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours per week with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time built in.
  • Established Practice and Patient Panel

  • X-ray and Lab on-site
  • Looking for flexibility to increase patient access
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

  • Average patients/day: 22-24
  • Provide Supervision of APPs
  • Pooled phone call triaged through my-nurse call center: 1 week on every 5-6 weeks
  • Additional call 4 weeks per year covering Pediatric Admitting at Hospital
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills required to set the daily tone of the clinic
  • Dedication to highest tier of patient experience and quality metrics
Qualifications: MD or DO Board Certified/Board Eligible Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa Eligible to work in the United States Ability to work as a team member About the Group: A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
