Aya Locums is interested in Family Practice Physician - Medical Director position in San Francisco, CA.
Start Date: 4/1/2023
Contract Length: 6 month
Shift Details: 8a-5p
Schedule: Monday – Saturday – no evenings – no call
Work Details:
Under the direction of the Director of Student Health and/or Counseling Services and/or Medical Director, provides primary and specialty health care to adolescent and adult patients, including assessing and treating a wide variety of conditions, ailments and injuries.
Diagnoses manage and treat patients.
Refers patients with more serious conditions to other specialists for more complex care or other health care facilities for more intensive care. Licensure required.
O/P only
10% direct pt care
supervisory experience over physicians, NPs (second-level providers), RNs, LVNs, etc. required
Privileging is likely 60 days or less if the person has a clean record
The administrative and supervisory expectations of residents
Will be “physician of record”
Practice Setting: outpatient primary care
