CRH is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point. This will be a brand-new facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care, and treating patient panels ranging from children to adults. -Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits -LPN, RN, and MA-OB support staff available to physician staff -Some inpatient rounding may be required, contingent on practice needs -Work schedule consists of 36 patient-facing hours (4 hr block of administrative time) JOB QUALIFICATIONS: -Indiana state licensed -BE/BC -Accepting new grads/ H1-B visas
