Family Medicine opportunity to live in this Upper Midwest vacation destination right along Lake Superior.
Position Details:
• New thriving clinic with 2 providers - collaborate with 7 other primary care physicians at nearby sister campus
• Lower volume - see anywhere between 14-18 patients per day
• Independent, autonomous Organization - Leaders live in town
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming soon
• Rare opportunity to incorporate inpatient rounding for continuity of care
• Extremely flexible scheduling options - 3 or 4-day work weeks are possible
• Ability to incorporate obstetrics or other sub-specialty interests like Emergency Medicine, Wound Care, or Urgent Care
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over 310K annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150,000 paid upfront with comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
