DESCRIPTION: I’m looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Georgia. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families.

Gainesville, GA 30501.Ages 2+, clinic is stand alone with an open parking lot, no security requirements, Dispensing by a MD, but not allowed by NP in GA, Staff on-site: 1 MD, 2 MAs, not very high volume.

12/23 - 27, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:30am to 5:30pm

12/30- 1/3/25 same as above

REQUIREMENTS:

· GA state license; active, unrestricted

· BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

· 2 years of experience

· Will need to get a dispensing license (if req'd for the site)
