Physician will provide medical care within a primary care delivery system. The physician assumes the responsibility of providing comprehensive general medical care, including consultative services, as deemed necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work with the healthcare team to provide patients with medical care services within the standard of care for Family / Internal Medicine patients.
-Order laboratory and radiology tests and refer patients to specialists when appropriate and called for.
-Analyze reports, test results, medical records and examinations to diagnose condition of patients and propose treatment options.
-Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens to treat identified and documented medical conditions.
-Reviewing clinical practice by developing and participating in medical records audits, peer review, and other practice review activities.
Education and Experience:
- Board Certified
- Graduate from a college or university accredited by the American Medical Association with a Doctor of Medicine Degree.
-Certificate, successful completion of an approved program of residency training in family practice.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
