Family Practice Provider

16-18 Patients Per Day
Practice Highlights:
- Hospital-Employed outpatient facility
- Flexible call schedule
- 4.5-day work week (admin 1/2-day WFH)
- Quality of care position - 16-18 patients per day
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: 255k-265k base salary (2-year guarantee) + RVU production
- Sign-On Bonus: Sign-On Bonus and relocation assistance
- Annual Retention Bonus
- Additional Bonuses: Annual quality bonus + additional $6k per year per FTE for Supervision
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: $20,000 annually Student Loan Assistance. HPSA score 16.

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Certified
- Experience: In-practice candidates and new grads welcomed (2026 residents welcomed)
