Position Details: Salary $220,000 + incentive plan based on production FQHC Non-profit medical group M-F daytime hours Permanent positions FM physician who is BC/BE (if practicing, must be BC within 5 years of completing residency) Full scope practice Patient mix is concentrated in adult medicine Patient base is primarily commercial 3rd party insurance Outpatient (inpatient work available, if interested) No OB Patient volume averages in low 20s Strong benefits plan available on date of hire: 4 weeks PTO/ 5 weeks after 3 yrs service 10 paid holidays Loan repayment 1 week CME / $4,000 stipend for CME 401 K plan with company contribution of up to 6% Paid Medmal with tail coverage Paid AZ licensure/DEA/Credentialing
