*Location: Southwestern Kentucky, Primary Care/Urgent Care Clinic

* Procedures: Adult outpatient, Urgent Care, Well Woman care
*Patients per day: 25-35
*EMR: E-Clinical Works
*Support Staff: 2 NPs, 3 Clinical Staff, 3 Clerical Staff
*Required: BE/BC, Active KY license, Willing to supervise APPs
*Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
*Travel & Lodging Provided
*Malpractice Insurance Provided
