Hartford, WI 53027. Ages 2+, Primary Care with some Workers Comp/OccMed, travel allowed, Covid vaccine req'd

Milwaukee, WI: Primary Care with some Workers Comp/OccMed, travel allowed, Covid vaccine req'd
7/5-7/14 Wed, Thurs and Friday each week 7a-4p

DETAILS:
Outpatient/Primary Care for Employees and Family with some OccMed/Workers Comp
Patients: Avg. 10-15 PPD, ages 2 and up
Procedures: Suturing preferred, but not required; mostly acute care

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of outpatient in Primary care
Clinical experience in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting.
Must be comfortable working independently in case the MA is out.
Active WI license and DEA required
BLS req'd
BC req'd (may consider BE if within 5 years of training)
COVID vaccination
Local preferred

COMPENSATION:
