Join an experienced staff in northwest Ohio to supply outpatient services. You will join an experienced physician along with one certified CNP, with onsite care navigation, Cerner EMR, and a practice that is growing. Enjoy 200 hours of PTO and a generous retirement package, plus a robust and complete benefits package.
Base salary of $300,000 - base remains after first contract term. Signing bonus up to $60,000. Scheduling Options - 3 to 5 days per week (up to 12 hour shifts) can be done in blocks. (i.e - 5 days on 5 days off). Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Telephone Consultation with 1:3 Call Ratio. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and money available. Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80.. $125,000 student loan repayment. Community: Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum, Cooper Tire, and Whirlpool.
