MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Board Certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) preferred – or a strong willingness to enroll in an accredited fellowship upon employment

Job Responsibilities
Lead the clinical team in delivering whole-person care, setting standards for excellence in both practice and patient experience.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members including nurses, health coaches, and wellness practitioners to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Serve as a thought leader in the development and refinement of integrative care models within an insured healthcare setting.
Mentor and support team members in the practice of integrative medicine, fostering a culture of curiosity, growth, and collaboration.
Participate in ongoing training and development, including immersive education in Integrative Ayurveda (no prior experience necessary).
Engage in continuous learning and pursue certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM), if not already certified.
Oversee and manage auxiliary staff, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to clinical protocols.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical innovation efforts that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely medical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Board Certification in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) preferred, or a willingness to enroll in an ABOIM-accredited fellowship upon employment.
Proven experience in clinical practice with a focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
Strong interest in integrative medicine, with any prior training or exposure to complementary therapies (e.g., Ayurveda) being a plus.
Openness to learning and expanding clinical knowledge in integrative approaches to health and wellness.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust with patients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple patient care responsibilities within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Proficiency in using modern EMR systems and strong documentation skills to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
