Details:
- 7a-7a - 24 hour shifts
- Facility Location: St. Catherine Hospital - Dodge City
- Setting: Clinic and Inpatient Call
- FTE: 2 covering 50% of the deliveries.
- Required Procedures/Job Duties: All ob/gyn procedures including more than 5 c-section in last 24 months & more than 5 hysterectomies in last 24 months.
EMR: EPIC - Support Staff: Lab Tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN

- Physicians working with CRNA's.
- Reason for Coverage: An internal provider is leaving and they need to backfill.
- Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): All providers must be able to perform all functions of the job (clinic & call) to be considered
- Adequate procedures for privileging -- need to have procedure log
Qualifications
Board Certified FM OB - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
Active KS license - Highly Preferred
Active BLS - Required for credentialing
Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Candidates must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered - Required
Candidates must have had any additional fetal monitoring continuing education in the past 4 years - Required
Clean Malpractice/Background – HIGHLY PREFERRED - Self Inquiry NPDB report is required
Procedure Logs - Required - past 24 months for FMOB: Must include a minimum of 50 C-sections, 50 vaginal (with at least 20 each in the last 12 months)

All stints below end the following morning at 7a.

Ongoing dates will be needed once schedules are released.
Duration: Stretches of at least 7 days/month
Assignment: Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob/gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Shifts are 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases.
