Opportunity:
- Seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join our dynamic team
- This is a unique opportunity to mentor and train the next generation of family medicine physician
- Play a key role in shaping a community-focused, multidisciplinary residency program with an emphasis on social medicine and primary care excellence
- Dedicate 70% of your time to teaching and administration and 30% to clinical care, ensuring both professional fulfillment and work-life balance
- Deliver full-spectrum family medicine, including inpatient care and obstetrics, while working alongside a collaborative team
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop residency infrastructure, curriculum design, and resident recruitment
- Supervise outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, and didactic teaching while mentoring residents
- Provide inpatient medicine and obstetric services as part of a well-supported and engaged medical community
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians
- Interest or experience in curriculum development and program growth is a plus
- Proficiency in inpatient medicine and obstetrics is required
