Family Medicine w/ OB physician needed near Springfield, Missouri. This position offers Surgical OB. $310,000 base salary plus production. $50,000 sign on bonus. Qualifies for NHSC and PLSF Student Loan Programs with In-House Loan Concierge. This position allows for Surgical OB privileges, which provides you the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative group of physicians while still allowing you to practice autonomously.. OB Call in rotation with group 1:5. 4-day workweek. Estimated 50 deliveries per year, Total deliveries 550 annually. Residency/Training Stipends available. Organization boasts a 97% retention rate for their physicians and their physician satisfaction rate is in the top 10% in the nation. Their leadership allows you - the physician - to practice medicine as you are trained; you have a voice in your own operations as well as feedback in the overall direction of the organization.
