Shift Schedule:
-
24-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 AM).

Minimum assignment: 7 consecutive days/month.

Scope of Practice:
-
Split between clinic and inpatient call.
-
Clinic duties:
-
New obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecological issues, surgical consultations.
-

Surgical duties:
-
Two surgical blocks weekly for non-emergent surgeries.
-

Call duties:
-
All obstetrics and emergency gynecological cases.
-

Patient Census:

Clinic: 16–25 patients/day.

Inpatient: 3–6 patients/day.

Requirements

Board Certification:
-
Family Medicine with OB required (or truly board eligible within 0–5 years of residency completion).

Experience:
-
FMOBs must have performed:
-
100 C-sections and 50 vaginal deliveries minimum (with at least 20 of each in the past 12 months).
-

OB/GYN providers must have completed:
-
5 C-sections and 5 hysterectomies in the past 24 months.

Licensure: Kansas license preferred; open to candidates willing to obtain.

Certifications: BLS, DEA.

Additional Requirements:

Acknowledge and complete EMR training requirements.

Clean malpractice record preferred.

Procedure logs from the past 24 months required

Facility Information
-
Support Staff: Lab tech, LPN/LVN, MA, X-ray tech, RN.

Collaboration with CRNAs and midwives.
-

Additional Details:
-
NICU Level II, staffed with neonatal nurse practitioners and tele-neonatologist support.
-
Skilled general surgeons, urologists, critical care physicians, and cardiologists available.
-
Approximately 50 births/year at the facility.

Completed Presentation Checklist and Procedure Logs (last 24 months).

Confirm understanding of EMR training modules and virtual training requirements.

Include clean malpractice and criminal history disclosures for timely credentialing.
