We are seeking a Locum Family Practice Physician to join its outpatient clinic in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for providers passionate about working with diverse and underserved populations in a community health setting. The physician will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including chronic disease management, acute care services, and preventive health measures.
- Provide outpatient family medicine care to patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics.
- Manage walk-in/acute care services and chronic disease treatment.
- Perform basic procedures, including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
- Maintain a daily patient volume of up to 21 patients, ensuring high-quality care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and onsite pediatricians.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management.
- Support and advocate for vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees.
- Participate in orientation and quickly adapt to clinic workflows.
- Credentialing timeframe: 2–3 weeks.
- Orientation provided, with patient care expected to begin by day three.
- Minimum of 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

Qualifications
Active Washington State Medical License: Required.
DEA Certification for WA: Required.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Practice Physician.
Must have face-to-face patient contact within the past year.
Clean background with no history of malpractice claims.
Experience in community health settings is preferred.
Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus but not required.
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory.
Working Hours
40 hours per week with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
No on-call responsibilities.
Overtime approved only if daily productivity expectations are exceeded or with pre-approval.
Skills
Experience with outpatient ambulatory care and community health services.
Excellent communication and cultural competency when working with diverse populations.
Proficiency in Epic EMR.
Competence in basic family medicine procedures.
