Position Details:

• Patient Population: Full Spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics
• Setting: Modern medical facility with Emergency Department shifts available
• Responsibilities: Family Medicine practice with Obstetrics and C-sections
• Required Procedures: C-sections
• EMR System: TBD
• Support Staff: Join 3 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Days Per Month: TBD
• On-Call/Weekends: TBD

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED
• IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections (state interest in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
