Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Practitioner (MD/DO) to join a robust clinic-based practice and work full-time at its Garrity clinic. Saint Alphonsus Garrity Family Medicine is dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients and is conveniently located in close proximity to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa.

The clinic recently moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art 16,000 square foot facility with on-site imaging. Other services at this practice location include pediatrics, occupational medicine and urgent care. Opportunity to practice full spectrum OB with 24/7 coverage is available.

Support: Hospital Support - 24/7 Anesthesia; ED; Clinic on the Hospital Campus ; hospital system resources; Clinic Support - large clinic with 8 Family Medicine Providers, 3 Pediatricians, 2 Urgent Care Providers, and 1 Occupational Medicine Provider.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment;
Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.

Working Hours

Traditional clinic work week, M-F; no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. OB optional
