Job Description: Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic in a rural Arizona community. The position offers the flexibility of being either a Locum Tenens or Permanent role, providing comprehensive medical care across all ages, from newborns to seniors. The physician will focus on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management, catering to the unique needs of a close-knit, culturally rich, western community.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine check-ups, examinations, and medical assessments.
2. Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments.
3. Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
4. Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists as needed.
5. Maintain detailed patient records and follow-up on test results.
6. Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- Valid Arizona medical license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
2. Residency Training: Completion of a Family Medicine Residency program, preferably with experience in rural or underserved areas.
3. Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
4. Medical License: Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Arizona.
5. Experience: Experience in full-spectrum family medicine, including outpatient, inpatient, emergency care, obstetrics, and minor surgeries.
6. Skills: Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Commitment: Dedication to providing comprehensive care to diverse and underserved populations, particularly in rural settings.
