- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This is a family medicine faculty position. The family medicine residency program is a 5-5-5 community based program. The role requires supervising residents at the family medicine residency clinic. Must be willing to see a patient independently if needed. The residency has a dedicated clinic/building that is quite beautiful. Physician must be board certified in family medicine. Would need to work a minimum of two consecutive days. Clinic proudly provides care to the underserved population, has an embedded MAT/suboxone clinic (optional to provide supervision for), and transgender population (provides hormone therapy, optional supervision - upskilling readily available). Clinic has a "medical home"-type RN, two triage RNs, RN Supervisor, in-house psychiatrist, and administrative director. This is a permanent opening and would be especially interested in a permanent position, though not required. There are an average of 15 patients per shift.
