Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop residency infrastructure, including curriculum development and resident recruitment.
- DIO opportunity
- Provide oversight of outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring.
- Spend approximately 70% of time on teaching and administrative duties, and 30% on clinical care.
- Deliver full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetric skills.
- Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Interest in geriatric care is desirable but not required.
- Community hospital with an unopposed, established residency program featuring 7 core faculty physicians.
