Physician-led Critical Access Hospital in Southwestern Minnesota is seeking a BC/BE FP OB physician to join their expanding team.
The Opportunity
• Collegial and collaborative team of 6 Family Medicine providers, 4 of whom who do OB
• Full-spectrum Family Medicine: mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OB
• Excellent work/life balance supplemented by a 4 day work week and minimal call
• Spend quality time with each patient seeing an average of 12-15 per day
• New grads encouraged to apply - Mentorship available
• Visa support available
Compensation and Benefits
• 350K Ongoing Base with Proven 500-600K Potential
• 100K sign on bonus
