This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB services in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Opportunity
• Collaborative Team: Join a close-knit team of 4 Family Medicine OB providers dedicated to patient care and teamwork
• Diverse Practice: Enjoy a mix of inpatient, outpatient, and OB care, offering variety while maintaining a balanced workload
• Ideal Work-Life Balance: Work a 4-day week with minimal call, allowing you to spend quality time with patients and still have time for yourself
• See an average of 12-15 patients per day, ensuring you have time to provide the best care possible.
• New grads welcome - mentorship available
• Visa support
Compensation and Benefits
• $350K ongoing base with the potential to earn $500K-$600K through productivity
• $100K signing bonus to welcome you to the team
