We are seeking a Primary Care Physician who is fluent in Korean, gifted in cultivating ongoing patient relationships and is passionate about delivering first-rate, transformative patient care experiences to a large, Korean-based patient population. Enjoy working in our new and innovative primary care clinic, which serves San Jose and surrounding communities. As a vital part of our collaborative team, this primary care physician will:

-Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosing and treating various health issues, managing chronic health problems, and conducting routine check-ups.

-Provide clinical supervision and guidance to licensed and professional staff.

-Ensure that services and treatments provided are in compliance with policy and applicable laws

-Educate patients and their families about preventive healthcare measures and disease management

-Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Our Ideal Candidate will have
- Strong Korean language skills (medical and conversational) and cultural competency

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Graduate from an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine program
Active CA medical license or ability to obtain CA medical license
Hold and maintain current, valid, and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances (DEA license)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday schedule, mostly fixed around the clinic’s service hours.
