- Candidate Requirements:
- State License(s) accepted: MN
- DEA/CSR required: UNKNOWN
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required; exemptions may be filed
- BC/BE:
- Boards accepted: Specialty Boards- FPOB/FMOB
- Residents: No
- Life Certifications needed BLS and NRP (ACLS is not required by would be beneficial)
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
- Procedures logs needed: Will most likely be required at credentialing.
