Shift Details: Need full time physicians to work during the hours of Mon-Thu 8a-8p, Fri & Sat 8a-5p

Schedule: Can be flexible with assortment of days/hours to equal full time

Work Details:

• Support Staff: yes

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full time

• Patients per day: 16-20 (roughly 2 per hour)

• Patient Population/Age: 0-100 (must see all ages)

• Department Description: Rural family practice clinic seeing mainly Medicare and Medicaid patients

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• Special Procedures: Laceration repairs, Nexplanon, IND abscess, etc

• Skills Required: must have documentation that they have performed special procedures

Practice Setting:

• Clinic located in rural community

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certification Required, will look at truly Board Eligible applicants

• License Required: CO state license, will look at licensing candidates as long as a timeframe is given

• DEA: Yes, required

• Certifications Required: BLS (can do onsite if they don’t have), must be enrolled in Medicare/Medicaid

• Minimum Experience Required:

Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks
