Position Details:
• Established clinic looking to add a 3rd FMOB provider
• Collaborate with 4 FMOB physicians at nearby sister campus and share call with 9 total providers
• Varied delivery volumes of up to around 40
• Ability to do C-sections if interested, but not mandatory
• Extremely flexible scheduling options - 4-day work weeks are quite common
• Family Medicine Residency Program coming in 2027
• Independent, autonomous organization - Leaders live in town
Compensation Details:
• Hospital employed with salary guarantee and incentive bonus equaling over 310K annually
• Lucrative sign-on bonus of $150K with comprehensive benefits package
• A 6-month sabbatical is offered for every 10 years of employment
