Located just one hour from Sioux City, Iowa, this top-ranking, independent hospital is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine provider with Surgical Obstetrics experience to join its growing and dynamic healthcare team. This is a unique opportunity to provide full-scope, cradle-to-grave care in a collaborative environment with the backing of a well-established, patient-centered hospital.
The Opportunity
• Join a supportive and collegial team of 4 FP OB physicians dedicated to providing comprehensive care
• Enjoy the full spectrum of FM, including OB, pediatrics, and geriatrics, offering variety in your day-to-day practice
• 4-day work week ensures a healthy work-life balance
• Epic EMR to streamline patient care and enhance productivity
• Fellowship not required (50 primaries required to be credentialed)
• J1 and H1B support available
Compensation & Benefits
• $310,000 ongoing base with $500,000 proven potential
• $250,000 student loan repayment program (annual $50K over 5 years)
• $150,000 sign on bonus
• $21,000 annual quality bonus
• $20,000 relocation stipend
• $2,000 - $3,000 residency/fellowship stipend
