Turnkey opportunity to join a nationally renowned health system in a beautiful, family-friendly community in SW Minnesota. Practice Family Medicine with a considerable OB case load including C-Sections.
The Opportunity:
• See 15-20 patients per day allowing you time to build relationships with your patients.
• In-office ultrasound, 3 exam rooms per physician and dedicated support staff providing all the resources you need to provide high-quality care.
• Robot available at nearby, affiliated hospital.
• Frequently named at the top of the "Best Hospitals Honor Roll".
• Dedicated nursing team including surgical nursing pods.
• Flexible 1:4 call schedule with no weekend call and a 4-day work week provide great work/life balance.
Compensation Details:
•
• Guaranteed base salary plus production bonus with total compensation above the 75th percentile.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
• 150K sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and student loan forgiveness available.
• Comprehensive benefit package with retirement options including a generous pension plan.
