Tremendous opportunity to join a nationally renowned health system in a beautiful, family-friendly community in SW Minnesota. Practice Family Medicine with an Obstetrics focus including C-Sections. This independent system offers autonomy and flexibility with scheduling. Moderate volumes and exceptional support staff allow you to practice your way.
The Opportunity:
• Practice full-scope Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics in a collaborative environment.
• Moderate patient volume: see 15-20 patients and enjoy great clinical support allowing you the time to develop relationships with your patients.
• Flexible 1:4 call schedule with no weekend call.
• In-office ultrasound with 3 exam rooms per physician and a dedicated nursing team.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary plus production bonus with total compensation above the 75th percentile.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
• 150K sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and student loan forgiveness available.
• Comprehensive benefit package with retirement options including a generous pension plan.
