Weekly work schedule/hours : 36 hours - Monday-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12noon

Open to a 4 day work week if prefer working 7:30-5:30

• Outpatient responsibilities only
• No call
• Required BLS certification
• Avg # of patients/day/provider 15-18
• Procedures: Joint injections, pap smears, I&D
• Practice is supported by 2 health coaches, 2 wellness nurses , a referral coordinator and a behavioral health counselor
• Built-in referral network from Immediate Care and other specialties
• System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
