Texas Sports Medicine Fellowship PROGRAM DIRECTOR

A need exists in sunny east Texas for a Sports Medicine fellowship trained physician to join GME staff as the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program Director! Enjoy a nice mix of patient care, precepting, teaching, and administrative support of the program. The Program Director will deliver lectures weekly, supervise, teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students in clinic, training room clinic and sideline event cover of University sanctioned sports events. Enjoy working for a not-for-profit teaching hospital with 'for-profit' compensation and robust benefits. The ideal candidate is a Sports Medicine Fellowship trained and Board Certified MD/DO with an active Texas license. Residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Med-Peds, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or Emergency Medicine is required along with GME experience.
