Seeking a BC/BE Sports Medicine physician to provide full-time coverage at the Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center._x000D_
_x000D_
* 1.0 FTE _x000D_
* 36 Contact hours per week _x000D_
* 3 physicians, 1 APC in SM practice _x000D_
* Total of 40+ physicians and APC in Ortho Surg, Sports Medicine, Pain management and PM&R _x000D_
* Fully Integrated Orthopedic Service line; with Sports Medicine as the gateway to our business; highly collaborative atmosphere with surgeons and other specialty providers _x000D_
* Ability to perform Procedures like US guided diagnostics and injections; PRP; Tenex HS Contracts with approximately 18 _x000D_
* HS with approximate 10 in the Valley: SM team physician of at least one HS. _x000D_
* No Hospital or ED call; Practice Call only 1:4. Call availability to HS LAT. _x000D_
* 24 pts in an 8 hr/day with some additional double booking as directed by the physician_x000D_
