Geriatrics opening in North Carolina Located in Fayetteville, NC 1 hour to Raleigh, NC Full Time Permanent Senior Health Services is looking to add a fellowship trained Geriatric Physician BC in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice to their multidisciplinary team. The practice has 2 fellowship trained geriatric physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, a full time pharmacist, a social worker, and a community case manager. Practice hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am 5 pm. The practice offers a full range of primary care for men and women age 60 and older. Our providers take the time to listen to the patients health concerns and create a treatment plan to meet their health needs. Our physicians have special training in treating seniors and employ the most current information, treatments, medications and practices for disease prevention and diagnosis.
