-Duration: ASAP-on-going for 90+ days, per your availability (may consider conversion to permanent)

-Location: San Bernardino County

-Schedule: Monday-Friday

-Shift: 8a - 5p

-Scope: 100% Outpatient, All-inclusive care for the Elderly

-Required: Active California license, Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice/Internal Medicine, 1 year of working with the geriatric population

-Preferred: Full prescriptive authority in California
