CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician - PRN SCHEDULE TO SUPPORT OUR GROWING, EAST VALLEY CENTERS!

Humana’s Primary Care Organization is the largest and fastest growing value-based care, senior-focused primary care network in the country. We currently operate approximately 340 centers across 15 states under two brands: CenterWell Senior Primary Care & Conviva Senior Primary Care.

A Primary Care Physician - PRN SCHEDULE - opportunity on our team can offer you:
• Time with your patients
• Collaborative, Care Team approach
• Outpatient Schedule – our centers are open Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) - currently, no weekends
• Minimal Call
