Your Role as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

As a DO at Evolutionary Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care in skilled nursing facilities. Your responsibilities include:

• PERFORM OMT
• Performing medical evaluations, joint injections, and hands-on patient care.
• Educating patients and families on holistic wellness strategies and preventative care.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in EHR systems (Epic experience is a plus).
• Diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

✔ Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program.

✔ Board Certification or Board Eligibility (BC/BE) in Osteopathic Medicine.

✔ Experience in patient-centered care, OMT, and pain management.

✔ Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) (Epic experience preferred).

✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.

✔A passion for providing exceptional holistic patient care.
