Seeking a BE/BC physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, or Geriatrics to join a growing team providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.

Position Details:
• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Flexible schedule (Mon – Fri) – set your own hours and tailor the role to fit your lifestyle and career goals
• Will not accept 2026 residents/fellows

Responsibilities:
• Primary care rounds, chronic disease management, and care planning
• Collaborate with facility staff and patients' families
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight
