Job Details:

• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• M-F 8:00 am - 5.00 pm
• Approx 18-25 patients per day
• Due to the patient population, the provider will need to be bilingual
• Call Schedule: 1:6
• Must have managed care experience
• Fast track to Senior compensation, which includes profit sharing in ACO, Ancillary Services, and Real Estate opportunities
