Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Medical Leadership: Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to care standards.
Direct Patient Care: Conduct regular resident assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
Compliance: Ensure the facility meets state/federal regulations and participates in quality assurance initiatives.
Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Record Management: Maintain accurate medical records and provide timely documentation.
Guidance: Provide medical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Education: MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Licensure: Active West Virginia Medical License.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and care plan development.
Soft Skills: Leadership, collaboration, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards.
