Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant / Housecalls to provide high-quality housecall services across North Manhattan, the Bronx, and Queens. This role focuses on delivering primary care to patients in their homes, ensuring accessibility and personalized attention. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical exams and assess patients’ medical histories/symptoms.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for acute/chronic conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and therapies.
Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Document patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
Monitor and operate medical equipment.
Diagnose health issues.
Administer medicine and other treatments.
Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
Consult with healthcare professionals and families.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Active NY State PA License; Board Certification required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in primary care.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems, diagnostic tools, and treatment planning.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, cultural competence, adaptability, and empathy. Bilingual (Spanish/Russian) skills preferred.

Working Hours

Work Schedule:
This is a Part-time (2-3 days a week, weekdays)..
